MISSION

Ride Nature is an action sports mission organization dedicated to giving generously, proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ, and making disciples to the ends of the earth.

VALUES

Generosity: We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy action sports, therefore we are working to provide free surfboards, skateboards, and skimboards for children living in poverty around the world.

Gospel Proclamation: It is our desire to leverage every available means to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ. We are doing this through the boards we give away, surf and skate contests, film premiers, outreach events and more.

Disciple-Making: We are committed to partnering with the local church, supporting indigenous leaders, and equipping and empowering them to be disciple-makers that multiply to the ends of the earth.

VISION

That children worldwide would have access to boards and the opportunity to surf and skate.

That we would reach every individual in the action sports industry with the good news of Jesus Christ and provide them the opportunity to see, hear, and respond to the gospel.

That action sports leaders are multiplied, equipped and resourced to represent the gospel to the ends of the earth.

OUR STORY

Founded in 2009, Ride Nature is working both locally in their community in SWFL as well as all around the world to impact the lives of underprivileged and unchurched youth by using skateboarding, wakeboarding, and surfing as tools for relationship building, mentoring, and discipleship. The mission of the organization is to reach youth through intentional relationship building and discipleship while equipping and establishing global leadership with resources and ability to do the same.

While the Ride Nature team is working full-time to make an impact in their local community they are also partnered with leaders in 8 different countries around the world that they are regularly sending teams, materials, and support to allow those leaders to pour into their communities as well.

Since 2009 the organization has led over 60 international mission trips to 27 different countries, they have helped build 3 international skateparks, and have given away nearly 2,000 boards to children and leaders all around the world.
