HOW WE OPERATE

The network is made up of a governing board of leaders, each representing the ministry that they are leading. As a movement, the Rooted Collaboration in and of itself utilizes zero funds, has $0 overhead, and is completely volunteer based through the leadership of those involved. We greatly believe in unity, and only through a unanimous vote do we add any new partners to the network. We are more than a network. We are a family. A group of individuals who love one another, are supporting one another through prayer, and are working together to advance the Gospel through any and every means possible.

That we would leverage every event, resource, and tool to utilize those as opportunities to show love and meet people where they are.

That our lives would revolve around the desire for the Gospel to be proclaimed so that every individual we have the opportunity to influence SEES, HEARS, and has the chance to RESPOND to the Good News of Jesus Christ. 

DISCIPLESHIP DRIVEN

That we would be faithful and intentional with those that we have continued opportunities to invest into their lives. We believe this involves Biblical teaching and instruction, while also living out Godly lives as examples for what it looks like to be a follower of Christ. Through leadership training and equipping new and existing leaders our goal is to grow and multiply.
